Relationships in projects have been recognised as one of the most important aspects. We have developed processes to effectively "audit" relationships within your projects just as other key performance indicators are "audited".
Our approach enables and ensures that the outcomes from any audit or monitoring process are then applied to further ensure your relationship key performance indicators are met. If this is not appropriately structured it becomes nothing more than a hit and miss, ineffective process.

- Development and implementation of performance management Key Result Areas (KRA’s – Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Develop and implement monitoring and control strategies
- Establishment of Relationship Management plan to include internal project team and client stakeholders – includes real objectives and strategies.
