Leadership Effectiveness & Program Project Management Conference

Graham Scott, Director ORG Consulting is hosting a rare opportunity for you to see, hear and chat with Charlie Pellerin!

How credible is Charlie? He has a distinguished career as an inventor, research astrophysicist, project manager, program director, university professor and is currently President of 4-D Systems.

Charlie is travelling to Australia to help our society move as efficiently as possible through the inevitable coming transition. Will you help him with this task?

Get a head start by reading Charlie's "5-Star" book, How NASA Builds Teams (Wiley, 2009).

Charlie led the team that built and launched the Hubble Space Telescope (with the flawed mirror) for nearly a decade. He then mounted the space mission that repaired the flaw. This flaw and the subsequent repair are central to the team building/leadership story. Hubble is now in its 20th year of extraordinary science operations. Charlie's numerous awards include two NASA "Outstanding Leadership Medals", an honour bestowed to less than 50 people, including astronauts. NASA also awarded Charlie the "Distinguished Service Medal", given when "any other form of recognition would be inadequate".
